Zachary Q. Pettigrew – Zachary Q. Pettigrew, born in Fort Worth, Texas in 1983, and started his legal career as an associate with Mayo Mendolia & Vice, L.L.P. in their Willow Park office with Tim Mendolia as his supervising partner. After six years as an associate, Mr. Pettigrew agreed to partner with Mr. Mendolia in M&P Law Offices which retained a continued relationship with Mayo Mendolia & Vice, LLP, being of counsel.

Mr. Pettigrew received his undergraduate degree in finance from Henderson State University, while lettering all four years with the Reddie football team.  After graduation, Zach worked for a year before attending law school and earning his Juris Doctorate degree in 2009 from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in January 2010.  During his time at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, Zach was a member and vice president of the TWU Rugby Club, Secretary of Delta Theta Phi, and volunteered with the Innocence Project of Texas. 

His practice with the firm primarily includes commercial/business transactions and commercial/business litigation, consumer rights litigation, family law, and criminal law. Zach is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Young Lawyers Association and Parker County Bar Association.

Zach is married to Tricia Pettigrew, a pre-school teacher, and they have a son, Cash, and a daughter, Reese.  When Zach is not enjoying time with his children, or volunteering with the Aledo Education Foundation, The Hurt and Fallen Foundation, and Business Development Group of Aledo, Zach enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing/watching sports.
